Terms of Service

Effective October 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of getnoranow.com and Nora, provided by Hey Nora ("Nora," "we," "us"). By using the site, joining early access or using Nora, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Nora.

Early access

Nora is in early access. Joining the list doesn't guarantee access by any particular date. We open spots in stages, and features may change, be added or be removed. When your spot opens, your first 30 days are free. We'll tell you the price before any charge, and we won't charge you unless you agree.

The demo

The conversation on our site uses a made-up sample business. Its people, listings and figures are fictional. The demo shows how Nora works and isn't a promise of specific results.

Your account

Accounts are by invitation during early access. You must be at least 18 and using Nora for your business. Keep your sign-in links private; you're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.

Your content

You own the information you add to Nora ("your content"). You give us permission to host, copy, process and display your content only as needed to provide and improve Nora for you. You're responsible for your content, including having the rights and consents needed for your clients' information, and for following the laws that apply to your communications, such as do-not-call, anti-spam and texting rules.

AI output

Nora uses artificial intelligence and can make mistakes. Review drafts, summaries and suggestions before you rely on them or send them. Nora doesn't send anything to your clients without your approval. Nora doesn't provide legal, tax, lending or financial advice.

Our property

Nora, the site and their content are owned by us or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Nora under these terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.

Other services

Nora may let you connect services from other companies, such as your calendar or email. Their terms govern your use of those services, and we aren't responsible for them.

Disclaimers

Nora is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that Nora will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to Nora is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnity

You'll defend and hold us harmless from claims, damages and costs arising from your content, your use of Nora or your violation of these terms.

Ending

You can stop using Nora at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or if we stop offering Nora. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Washington, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date and let you know where the law requires it. Continuing to use Nora after changes take effect means you accept them.
