Privacy Policy

Hey Nora ("Nora," "we," "us") makes Nora, an AI assistant for real estate agents, available at getnoranow.com. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. If you have questions, email hello@getnoranow.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name and email when you join early access or sign in, anything you tell Nora by voice or text, and anything you send us by email.
- Conversations with Nora: when you talk or type to Nora on our site, we keep a recording of the audio (for voice conversations) and a transcript. We tell you before a conversation starts. If you don't want to be recorded, don't start a conversation.
- Business information (invited users): the contacts, deals, listings, tasks, notes and messages you add to Nora.
- Automatic information: browser and device details, the pages you visit, the site that sent you, campaign tags in links you followed, and approximate location based on your IP address. We may use cookies and similar technologies to collect this.
How we use it
- To run Nora and the site, including transcribing what you say and generating Nora's replies
- To manage early access and email you when your spot opens
- To provide, support and secure your account if you're an invited user
- To understand how people use the site and improve Nora
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with the law
We don't sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Your clients' information
If you're an agent using Nora, the client information you add is yours. We use it only to provide Nora to you, and you're responsible for having the right to share it with us.
Service providers
We use trusted providers for hosting, databases, voice, AI models, email and analytics. They process information for us under agreements that limit how they can use it. Your conversations are processed by our voice and AI providers so Nora can understand you and reply.
When we share information
- With service providers, as described above
- When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety or property of our users, the public or us
- As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information
- With your permission
How long we keep it
- Early-access details: until your spot opens or you ask us to remove them.
- Conversation recordings and transcripts: as long as we need them to run and improve Nora, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Account information: while your account is open. We delete it within a reasonable time after you close it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, including recordings of your conversations, by emailing hello@getnoranow.com. We'll respond within 45 days.
- You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.
- Depending on where you live, such as California, you may have additional rights under local law. We won't treat you differently for using them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Children
Nora is for working professionals and isn't intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update this page and the effective date, and let you know where the law requires it.
